1902-1910
First magazine published in Iraq at all, and the first printed Syriac periodical in Iraq. It was published monthly in three editions: Syriac, Arabic and French. The Arabic edition was form January 1902 to January 1909, the Syriac one was from August 1904 to July 1907, and the French one was from December 1906 to January 1910. It began with eight small pages and gradually the number of pages increased to reach 24 pages during the last two years of its publication. It was issued by the Dominican Fathers with the endeavor of Father Joseph Callan. Among the most prominent writers and editors in Arabic were Fathers Abdul-Ahad Jerjy, Yousef Ghanima, Jebriel Qeriagos, Basil Bashory and Saleem Hassoun, and in Syriac: Adday Sher, Dawood Issa, Marquss Dgizirta, Iliya Orhina and Hanna The total number of its editions was 96
